Electronic Records and E-Sign Consent Agreement
Rise & Built Corp.
Effective: June 23, 2026
This Electronic Records and E-Sign Consent Agreement governs the use of electronic records, electronic communications, and electronic signatures in connection with the services provided by Rise & Built Corp. By creating an account, purchasing a program, enrolling in a subscription, accepting our Terms of Service, or otherwise using our Services, you consent to conduct business electronically as described below.
1. Consent to Electronic Communications
You agree that Rise & Built may provide electronically: Terms of Service; Privacy Policy; Disclaimer Policy; Refund Policy; Cancellation Policy; Data Security Policy; Consumer Complaint Policy; Cookie Policy; account notices; billing notices; subscription information; customer support communications; legal disclosures; amendments to agreements; and other communications relating to the Services.
Electronic delivery satisfies any legal requirement that communications be provided in writing, to the extent permitted by law.
2. Consent to Electronic Signatures
You agree that: clicking 'I Agree'; clicking 'Accept'; checking consent boxes; creating an account; purchasing a product; submitting forms; or using the platform after receiving notice — may constitute your electronic signature.
You agree that electronic signatures shall have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
3. Federal E-SIGN Act
This Agreement is intended to comply with The Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act), 15 U.S.C. §7001 et seq., and other applicable laws governing electronic transactions.
4. Hardware and Software Requirements
To access electronic records, you should have: an internet-enabled device; reliable internet connectivity; a current web browser capable of supporting encrypted communications; a functioning email account; and software capable of opening PDF files.
5. Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw your consent to electronic communications at any time by contacting: legal@riseandbuilt.com
Withdrawal of consent may affect your ability to access certain Services, maintain an online account, or participate in subscriptions.
Withdrawal does not invalidate prior electronic agreements or signatures. All prior agreements remain enforceable to the extent permitted by law.
6. Paper Copies
You may request paper copies of certain records where available by submitting a request to: legal@riseandbuilt.com
The Company reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for printing and mailing where permitted by law.
7. Electronic Consent to Arbitration
Where the Terms of Service include arbitration provisions, class action waivers, or jury trial waivers, you acknowledge that such provisions may be accepted electronically and that electronic acceptance is legally binding.

BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT, PURCHASING A PROGRAM, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SERVICES, YOU: AFFIRM THAT YOU CAN ACCESS ELECTRONIC RECORDS; CONSENT TO RECEIVE RECORDS ELECTRONICALLY; CONSENT TO THE USE OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES; ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ELECTRONIC AGREEMENTS ARE LEGALLY BINDING; AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS E-SIGN CONSENT AGREEMENT.
