Cancellation Policy

Rise & Built offers educational programs and services that may be provided on a recurring subscription basis.

This Policy governs: subscription cancellations; membership terminations; cancellation timing; continued access after cancellation; account closure procedures.

This Policy does not govern refund eligibility, which is addressed separately in the Refund Policy.

Customers may cancel an active subscription at any time.

Cancellation prevents future recurring billing but does not automatically generate a refund.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in another policy, cancellation affects future billing only.

Option A — Account Dashboard: If available, customers may cancel directly through their account settings.

Option B — Written Request: Customers may submit a cancellation request to cancel@riseandbuilt.com including: full name; email address associated with the account; subscription plan; and cancellation request.

Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period.

If a customer subscribes on January 1 and cancels on January 10, access remains available through the end of the billing cycle already paid for. No additional renewal charge will occur after the cancellation takes effect.

Except where required by law or expressly provided under the Refund Policy: partial months are not refunded; unused time is not refunded; unused features are not refunded; unused community access is not refunded.

Customers retain access through the conclusion of the paid subscription period.

Diagnóstico 360 is a one-time educational purchase and is not a recurring subscription.

Because no recurring billing occurs, there is no cancellation process applicable after purchase. Refund eligibility is governed exclusively by the Refund Policy.

Customers enrolled in Academia may cancel at any time.

After cancellation: future renewals stop; access continues through the end of the current billing period; educational progress remains associated with the account unless deleted. No additional monthly charges will occur after the cancellation becomes effective.

Customers enrolled in the Pro Program may cancel at any time.

After cancellation: future recurring billing stops; access remains active through the paid subscription period; access expires at the end of that period unless renewed. Cancellation does not affect prior payments.

Where community access is included: access remains active during the paid subscription term; community privileges terminate when the subscription expires unless otherwise stated.

The Company may suspend or remove community access earlier for violations of the Terms of Service.

Rise & Built reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to: enforce the Terms of Service; prevent fraud; protect platform security; comply with legal obligations.

Termination for policy violations may occur without refund where permitted by law.

Failure to log in, access content, attend sessions, or utilize educational tools does not constitute cancellation.

Customers remain responsible for cancelling subscriptions before the next billing cycle.
